How it works:



LOGIN - Users can log in and create a secure and personalized account.
ASK - To start asking a question, users can simply start typing a question from the “Ask” tab and hit the “Ask an Expert” button in order to view our list of experts who users can direct their questions to.
EXPERTS - Browse through our network of experienced and qualified experts and select the one that best suits your needs. Our experts are experts in women’s sexual and reproductive health and specialize in various areas such as STI/STD’s, Birth Control, Breast Health Awareness, Pregnancy and more. Users are able to view each experts full profile and see their ratings by other users, credentials, office hours, location and contact information just Incase an in person or follow up visit is needed.
ANSWERS - Once an expert is selected, your question is directed to the selected expert and pops up in a private chat where the expert can now respond with answers, recommendations and tips.
USERS - Users can send text messages and photos and receive answers through our fully secure and HIPAA compliant chat and can rate their expert answer or experience once they are satisfied and the question or ask is resolved by the expert.
